I had the misfortune of encountering this company on the way home from work today. They had parked their lorry straight across from my neighbours van blocking the whole street. It's a cul-de-sac and the only way in & out. Worse than that though was the foul mouthed rant I got from the lovely individual, who funnily enough managed to have his back turned when I took the pic, when I obviously irritated him by asking how long they'd be so I could get home. When I did get home I phoned the company to complain. I got "cut off" & noone had the decency to call me back. The whole experience left me shaken, was totally uncalled for & not a good advert for a company. Very obviously not nice people to deal with!
